Refund Policy Disclaimer

We are committed to providing high-quality IT consulting services in cybersecurity, business intelligence, and fractional IT leadership. Due to the nature of consulting services, refunds are generally not offered once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided.

Refund Eligibility:

  1. Refunds may be considered only if requested in writing prior to the commencement of any service, assessment, or project activity.

  2. If you have prepaid for scheduled services and request to cancel more than 48 hours in advance, your payment may be refunded in full minus any non-recoverable expenses and administrative fees.

  3. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered, completed project milestones, or digital deliverables that have been provided or accessed.

  4. Deposits for reserved time or project kickoff are non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfill the engagement as agreed.

Service Quality Concerns:

  1. If you believe a service was not delivered in accordance with the signed agreement or written scope of work, please contact us promptly to review your concerns. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a remedy such as rework, service credit, or a partial refund.
